Just in case you forgot, Iota Sigma Rho has now started out 4th Annual Canned (Non-Perishable) Food Drive. It has been four years that we have been pushing this initiative and we have no plans in slowing down now. For Iota, it is more than just an activity that we promote. We are passionate about giving back to our community and this is one way we do so. This is a two part event. We collect food for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. We take those items to shelters, Salvation Armies, Food Depository, and so forth. This places are extremely grateful for our contributions. This year we had a little helps.
This year the handsome men of Cigars & Suits and the lovely ladies of The Little Black Dress Club joined Iota Sigma Rho SL Sorority in out food drive. Their participation was greatly appreciated. I enjoyed working with them. Together, we exceeded our projected donation goal. Our total donation is
430 Non- Perishable Food Items
Items range from cookies, jello, and chips to
cheese, soup, peanut butter, noodles, salmon, chicken, etc.

After collecting the cans, the rhoyal ladies hosted a friends and family dinner at the Iota House, where we engaged on good company, great conversation, laughs, and a delicious meal. We also did an official final count and passed out awards.
